If your arrangement arrives damaged or you received a wrong arrangement, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us right away within the first 24 hours via email with a photo of the orchids and we will send a replacement arrangement.

If your orchid plant dies within first 7 days, we will replace it free of charge.

If your orchid dies after first 7 days but within the period of 14 days from orchid delivery date, we will replace it with 30% discount off original price + delivery fee + sales tax (if in new york).

We do not offer any replacement or replacement discounts after 14 days from orchid delivery date.

*Weekly specials and in store sale items are exempt from the replacement/refund policy and are final sale.

*Please send photos of the flowers (one of the leaves, one of the flowers) with your emails.

All arrangements are final sale.

Due to the nature of live orchids, we regret that we cannot be responsible for the health of the plants past the point of purchase and cannot offer a refund.

Order changes/cancellation:

Orchid man is unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. Same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed.

If you need to change an order that is not scheduled for next day delivery please contact us via email or telephone.

Substitution policy:

Rarely, substitutions of orchids or containers are necessary due to season and availability.

If this is the case with the arrangement you’ve selected, orchid man will ensure that the style and color theme of chosen arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
